Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 is a lipolytic enzyme preparation for use in the fats/oils removal as the leather processing aid, which is produced by fermentation with a selected strain of a micro organism.

Main feature:
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 improves fat dispersion, water proofing and fogging values to upgrade quality of wet blue for subsequent processing. Systematically hydrolyzing the adipose tissue, the product is most effective at removing lipids from the surface and sebaceous glands during the soaking and/or liming stages.
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100supports the soaking effect and enhances the penetration of other chemicals leading to an improved lay-out and area yield. It improves uniformity of dyeing and retanning and supports inner softness.
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 enhances fat removal without making grain and bellies loose and therefore it is especially suitable for greasy hides and skins.
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 improves water proofing and fogging values to upgrade quality of wet blue for subsequent processing.
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 improves chemical acceptance property of leather.
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 substantially reduces residual hair and surface grease.
- Lipase Enzyme Zymtan LDG-100 can also be applied in an acid process, e.g. for pickled skin or wool-on and fur, or a semi-acid process for wet blue.
Usable ranges:
Active at beamhouse processing temperatures and at temperature up to 50-65°C. Enzyme will be inactivated quickly above 65°C.
Usage rate:
The recommended dose can be variable by different, by change of substrate or production process (within a different temperature, pH and processing time).
